Chuck has served on the Board of Directors for several different businesses and causes which include multiple Financial Institutions, Policy Institutions, and Charities.
Chuck grew up in Hutchinson, KS and graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business.

Executive Vice President, Lindsy Wnorowski, brings 27 years of executive leadership experience to Capital Management Inc, with a career spanning operations, finance, human resources, and owner/investor relations.
Prior to joining Capital Management, Lindsy served as Vice President of Operations & Owner Relations at Marriott International,

Prior to joining Capital Management, Lindsy served as Vice President of Operations & Owner Relations at Marriott International, where she led, developed, and mentored hundreds of leaders — earning recognition for delivering record results and developing talent. She is the Founder and President of Executive Leadership Consultants, LLC, based in Kansas City.
Lindsy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Bowling Green State University and is currently pursuing her Master's in Psychology at the University of Missouri

Chris is the Vice President of Operations for Capital Management Inc. (CMI). He oversees the daily Operations, Revenue Management, and Sales and Marketing for all CMI hotel properties. Under Chris’s Operational leadership, CMI recently received the prestigious Horizon’s Award from Marriott International for outstanding hotel performance
Chris is the Vice President of Operations for Capital Management Inc. (CMI). He oversees the daily Operations, Revenue Management, and Sales and Marketing for all CMI hotel properties. Under Chris’s Operational leadership, CMI recently received the prestigious Horizon’s Award from Marriott International for outstanding hotel performance across its portfolio. Chris, with the help of his amazing and talented General Managers, has also led individual CMI hotels to the stage to accept multiple other awards for outstanding guest satisfaction scores Platinum Hotel Awards - top 5% of the entire Brand & Gold Hotel Awards - top 10% of the Brand.
Prior to working with CMI, Chris worked with the Intercontinental Hotel as well as the Hyatt.
Chris is a Kansas City native and graduated from UMKC.
